Momos Recipe - वेज मोमोज रेसिपी

 Momos ek mashhoor North-East Indian dish hai, jo dumplings ki tarah hoti hain. Ye dish swadist aur healthy hai. Toh chaliye shuru karte hain!

Momos Recipe - वेज मोमोज रेसिपी
Samagri:

  • 1 1/2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 chammach namak
  • Pani (water) kneading ke liye
  • 200 gram chicken (murg), barik kaat kar
  • 1 bada pyaaz (onion), barik kaat kar
  • 2 chhoti gajar (carrot), barik kaat kar
  • 1/4 cup hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), barik kati hui
  • 1/4 cup hari pyaaz (spring onions), barik kaat kar
  • 1/2 chammach adrak (ginger), barik kati hui
  • 2 hari mirch (green chillies), barik kati hui
  • 2 chammach soya sauce
  • 1 chammach vinegar
  • 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • Tel (oil) tali karne ke liye

Vidhi:

  • Ek bartan mein maida aur namak daalein aur acche se mix karein. Fir thoda thoda karke pani daal kar maida ko ghond lein aur ek smooth atta taiyar karein. Dhyan rakhein ki atta soft aur non-sticky ho.
  • Ab atte ko cover karke 15-20 minutes ke liye rest hone ke liye rakh dein.
  • Is samay, chicken ko grinder mein grind kar lein, taaki wo ache se minced ho jaye.
  • Ek kadhai mein thoda tel garam karein aur ismein pyaaz, adrak, hari mirch daalein aur sauté karein, jab tak pyaaz golden brown na ho jaye.
  • Ab ismein minced chicken, gajar, hara dhaniya, hari pyaaz, soya sauce, vinegar, lal mirch powder aur namak daalein. Sabko acche se milayein aur mixture ko pakayein, jab tak chicken pak jaye aur sabhi masale acche se ghul jayein.
  • Chicken filling taiyar hone ke baad, usko thanda hone ke liye side mein rakh dein.
  • Ab atte ko lekar chote-chote tukde kar lein aur har tukde ko chakla belan ki madad se gol shape mein bail lein.
  • Ek momo wrapper ko haath mein lein aur uske beech mein thoda sa chicken filling daalein. Dhyan rakhein ki filling ko samavesh karne ke baad momo wrapper ke kinaron par thoda space bachayein.
  • Ab momo wrapper ko ache se bandh lein, jisse filling bahar na nikle. Is tarah se baaki momos taiyar karein.
  • Ek steamer ko garam karein aur usmein momos ko rakhein. Dhyan rakhein ki momos ek dusre se touch na ho.
  • Momos ko steam karein, takriban 10-15 minutes tak ya jab tak momos translucent ho jayein aur pak jayein.
  • Momos taiyar ho jane par unko steamer se nikal lein aur ek plate par arrange karein.
  • Ek tawa ya kadhai mein tel garam karein aur momos ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak shallow fry karein.
  • Fry kiye hue momos ko ek serving plate mein arrange karein.
  • Momos ko garam-garam serve karein aur uske saath momos ki chutney ya tomato ketchup ka aanand uthaiye.

Kuch aur tips:

  • Agar aapko momos ke liye maida nahi chahiye, toh aap gehu ka aata (whole wheat flour) bhi istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Momos ki filling mein chicken ki jagah vegetarian filling bhi bana sakte hain. Iske liye sabziyan jaise cabbage, carrot, mushroom, bell peppers, aur paneer ka istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Momos ko serve karne ke liye aap uske saath momos chutney, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, ya spicy garlic sauce ka istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Toh yeh rahi aapki momos ki mazedar recipe. Aap ise ghar par bana kar apne parivar aur dosto ko khush kar sakte hain. Momos ko garam-garam serve karein aur uske saath momos ki chutney ya tomato ketchup ka aanand uthaiye.
