Ilish Bhapa Recipe- Bengali Dish

 Ilish Bhapa ek prasiddh Bengali dish hai, jismein ilish machh (hilsa fish) ko bhapa (steamed) kiya jata hai. Yahaan main aapke saath Ilish Bhapa banane ki ek aasaan recipe share kar raha hoon.

Ilish Bhapa Recipe- Bengali Dish

Saman:

  • 4-6 pieces of ilish machh (hilsa fish)
  • 2 tbsp mustard paste
  • 2 tbsp posto bata (poppy seed paste)
  • 2 tbsp dahi (curd)
  • 1 tsp ada bata (ginger paste)
  • 1 tsp ada gathi (ginger julienne)
  • 2-3 hari mirch (green chillies), slit kiye hue
  • 1 tbsp mustard tel (mustard oil)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dhaniya (coriander leaves), garnish ke liye
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped pudina (mint leaves), garnish ke liye

Upyog ke tarike:

  • Ilish machh ko acche se saaf karein aur usmein haldi aur namak lagakar 15 minutes ke liye rakh dein.
  • Ek bowl mein mustard paste, posto bata, dahi, ada bata, hari mirch, ada gathi, mustard tel, haldi aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
  • Ek deep dish (bhapa dish) lein aur usmein ek layer of mustard paste mixture daalein.
  • Ab ilish machh pieces ko mustard paste mixture mein achhe se coat karein aur dish mein rakh dein.
  • Bacha hua mustard paste mixture ko ilish machh pieces par achhe se spread karein.


Ilish Bhapa Recipe- Bengali Dish

  • Bhapa dish ko dhakkan se band kar dein aur use 30 minutes tak room temperature par rakh dein, taki flavors acche se absorb ho jayein.
  • Ek steamer ko garam karein aur bhapa dish ko usmein rakhein.
  • Ilish Bhapa ko medium heat par 15-20 minutes tak steam karein, ya jab tak machh puri tarah se pak na jaye aur juicy na ho jaye.
  • Bhapa dish ko steamer se bahar nikalein aur dhaniya aur pudina se garnish karein.
  • Ilish Bhapa ko garam-garam serve karein, saath mein steamed rice aur begun bhaja (fried brinjal) ke saath enjoy karein.

Aap Ilish Bhapa ko dhaniya-pudina chutney, nimbu ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Isse aapko Bengali ke swad aur aromas ka anand milega.
