 Noodles ek mashhoor Chinese dish hai, jo swadist aur asani se banti hai. Toh chaliye noodles ki recipe banane ki prakriya shuru karte hain!

Noodles Recipe in Hindi

Samagri:

  • 200 gram noodles
  • 2 chammach tel (oil)
  • 1 bada pyaaz (onion), barik kaat kar
  • 1 bada shimla mirch (capsicum), barik kaat kar
  • 1 bada gajar (carrot), barik kaat kar
  • 1/4 patta bandh gobhi (cabbage), barik kaat kar
  • 4-5 hari mirch (green chillies), barik kati hui (optional, swad anusar)
  • 1/4 cup hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), barik kati hui
  • 2 chammach soya sauce
  • 1 chammach vinegar

  • 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) (optional, swad anusar)
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • Kala namak (black salt) swaad anusar (optional)
  • 1/2 chammach garam masala powder
  • 1/2 chammach haldi (turmeric powder)
  • Noodles ko boil karne ke liye pani (water)
  • Tel (oil) noodles ko mix karne ke liye
  • Hari mirch, pyaaz ke rings, aur hara dhaniya se garnishing ke liye

Vidhi:

  • Sabse pehle ek bartan mein pani garam karein aur usme thoda sa namak daalein. Jab pani acche se ubal jaye, usme noodles daalein aur use pakayein, jab tak noodles ache se pak na jayein.
  • Noodles ko pani se chhan kar thande paani mein daal dein, taaki noodles ek dusre se chipke na.
  • Ab ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, hari mirch, shimla mirch, gajar aur cabbage daalein. Inhe sauté karein, jab tak sabziya thodi naram ho jayein.
  • Sabziya naram hone par usme soya sauce, vinegar, lal mirch powder, namak, kala namak (optional) aur haldi daalein. Acche se milayein aur masalo ko thodi der ke liye pakayein, taaki sabziyo mein masale ka swad achhe se ghul jaye.
  • Ab ismein boiled noodles daal dein aur acche se mix karein, taaki masala evenly noodles par spread ho jayein.
  • Noodles ko medium aanch par 2-3 minutes tak pakayein, sath hi sath use spatula ki madad se acche se mix karte rahein.
  • Noodles ko garam masala powder aur hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
  • Noodles ko garnishing ke liye pyaaz ke rings aur hari mirch se sajayein.
  • Aapke noodles taiyar hain! Aap ise garam-garam serve karein aur uske saath chutney, sauce ya raita ka aanand uthaiye.

Kuch aur tips:

  • Noodles ko boil karte waqt unmein thoda sa tel ya namak daalne se noodles al dente banenge aur unki texture acchi hogi.
  • Agar aapko spicy noodles pasand hain, toh lal mirch powder aur hari mirch ka istemal kar sakte hain. Agar aapko teekha pasand nahi hai, toh lal mirch powder ki jagah black pepper powder ka istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Noodles ko garnishing ke liye aap hari pyaaz, hari mirch, hara dhaniya ke alawa sev, bhuna hua paneer ya roasted peanuts bhi istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Toh yeh rahi aapki noodles ki mazedar recipe. Aap ise ghar par bana kar apne parivar aur dosto ko khush kar sakte hain. Noodles ko garam-garam serve karein aur uske saath apne pasandeeda accompaniments ka aanand uthaiye.
