Egg Curry Recipe (Dhaba Style) - अंडा करी रेसिपी
Namaste! aaj hum egg curry ki recipe sikhenge. Egg curry ek prasiddh aur swadist dish hai, jo ande aur masalon ka mishran hai. Toh chaliye shuru karte hain!
Samagri:- 4 anda (eggs)
- 2 bade pyaaz (onion)
- 2 bade tamatar (tomato)
- 2-3 hari mirch (green chillies)
- 1 inch adrak (ginger)
- 4-5 kali lehsun (garlic cloves)
- 1 chhota chammach lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- 1/2 chhota chammach haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 chhota chammach dhaniya (coriander powder)
- 1/2 chhota chammach garam masala powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 chhote chammach tel (oil)
- Dhaniya patti (coriander leaves) garnishing ke liye
- Sabse pehle, ek bartan mein paani garam karein aur usmein anda daalein. Ande ko halka ubaalne tak pakayein, takriban 8-10 minutes. Isse ande acche se pak jayenge.
- Ubaalte hue ande ko thande paani mein daal dein aur usko acche se chhilkar saaf karein. Isse ande aasani se chhil jayenge.
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz kaat kar daalein. Pyaaz ko halka sa golden brown hone tak bhunein.
- Bhune hue pyaaz mein adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch ka paste daalein. Iske liye adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch ko mixer mein daal kar paste bana lein.
- Ab tamatar ko kaat kar kadhai mein daalein aur unhe masalo ke sath milayein. Masalo ko acche se mix karein aur tamatar ko masalo ke sath pakayein, jab tak tamatar naram ho jaye.
- Tamatar pakne ke baad, ab masale daalein. Lal mirch powder, haldi, dhaniya powder aur namak daalein. Masale ko acche se mix karein aur dheemi aanch par 2-3 minutes tak pakayein, taaki masale acche se pak jayein aur unka raw swad khatam ho jaye.
- Ab 1/2 cup pani daalein aur masale ko acche se mix karein. Masale ko dheemi aanch par 5-7 minutes tak pakaayein, jab tak masala acche se pak jaye aur tel alag ho jaye.
- Ab uble hue ande ko aadhe karke masale mein daalein. Ande ko masale mein 5-7 minutes tak pakayein, dhire-dhire chadhate hue. Isse ande acche se masalo mein ghul jayenge aur unka swad badhega.
- Anda curry mein thoda sa garam masala powder daalein aur acche se mix karein. Isse curry ka swad aur sugandh aur bhi badhega.
- Ab ande ke upar thoda sa paani daalein, takriban 1/4 cup, aur curry ko dheemi aanch par 5-7 minutes tak pakayein. Isse ande aur masale ka swad acche se mix ho jayega.
- Anda curry taiyar hai! Use dhaniya patti se garnish karein aur garam-garam roti, naan, ya chawal ke saath serve karein.
- Agar aap chahein toh anda curry ko thoda creamy bana sakte hain. Iske liye curry mein 2-3 chammach malai (cream) daal dein aur acche se mix karein. Isse curry ka texture aur swad aur bhi creamy ban jayega.
- Anda curry ko aur mazedar banane ke liye, aap tadka laga sakte hain. Ek alag kadhai mein thoda sa ghee garam karein aur usmein jeera, laung, aur tej patta daal kar bhunein. Fir is tadke ko anda curry ke upar daalein. Isse curry ka swad aur khushboo aur bhi badhega.
- Anda curry mein apni pasand ke sabziyan bhi add kar sakte hain, jaise matar, shimla mirch, ya gobhi. Inhe curry ke sath pakakar anda curry ko aur bhi nutritious aur tasty bana sakte hain.
