Shahi Paneer Recipe in Hindi

 Namaste! Aaj hum aapke liye ek mazedar Shahi Paneer ki recipe laye hain. Shahi Paneer ek mashoor North Indian dish hai, jisme paneer ke tukde makhani gravy mein ubale jate hain. Yeh dish shahi aur mazedar tatvon se bhari hoti hai, jaise malai, kaju aur khus-khus. Chaliye shuru karte hain!

Shahi Paneer Recipe in Hindi
Is recipe ke liye aapko nimn samagri ki zarurat hogi:

  • 250 gram paneer, tukdon mein kaat liya
  • 2 bade pyaaz, bareek kate hue
  • 2 tamatar, bareek kate hue
  • 1/4 cup malai (cream)
  • 10-12 kaju (cashew nuts)
  • 1 tablespoon khus-khus (poppy seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch (red chilli powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon shahi jeera (caraway seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • 2 tablespoon tel (oil)
  • 1 tablespoon makhan (butter)
  • Namak (salt) swad anusar
  • Dhaniya patta (coriander leaves) - garnish ke liye

Shahi Paneer Recipe in Hindi
Ab hum Shahi Paneer banane ki vidhi shuru karenge:

  • Sabse pehle, ek kadhai mein tel aur makhan garam karein. Tel garam hone par usme shahi jeera aur khus-khus daalein. Unhe thoda bhunein taki unki khushboo aane lage.
  • Ab isme bareek kate hue pyaaz daal kar use halka sa golden brown hone tak bhunein.
  • Iske baad, isme bareek kate hue tamatar daalein aur unhe bhi acche se bhunein. Tamatar gal jayein aur masala acche se mix ho jaye, tab aage badhein.
  • Ab isme kaju aur khus-khus daalein aur use bhi bhunein. Kaju aur khus-khus bhunne se gravy ka texture aur swaad aur bhi mazedar ban jayega.
  • Iske baad, isme haldi, lal mirch, namak aur elaichi powder daalein. Acche se milayein taki masale paneer par achhe se chipkein.
  • Ab isme malai daal kar acche se milayein. Malai se gravy ka texture aur swaad aur bhi creamy ban jayega.
  • Gravy ko dhimi aanch par pakate rahein aur use ubalne dein. Jab gravy ubalne lage aur tel alag hone lage, tab isme paneer ke tukde daal dein.
  • Paneer ko halka sa mix karein taki gravy acche se paneer se lapet jaye. Paneer ko zyada der tak pakane se wo kadak ho jayega, isliye use thodi der ke liye hi pakayein
  • Shahi Paneer ko pakane ke baad, isme garam masala powder daal kar acche se milayein. Garam masala paneer ke swaad ko aur bhi nikhar dega.

  • Shahi Paneer ko dhimi aanch par 2-3 minute tak pakayein, taki flavors achhe se mix ho jayein aur paneer mehakdaar ho jaye.
  • Gas band kar dein aur Shahi Paneer ko ek katore mein nikal kar garam garam serve karein.
  • Shahi Paneer ko garnish karne ke liye dhaniya patta se sajayein. Dhaniya patta ka freshness aur swaad dish ko aur bhi badha dega
  • Shahi Paneer ko tandoori roti, naan, ya chawal ke saath serve karein. Is dish ka mazedaar combination kisi bhi Indian bread ya rice ke saath banata hai
