Poha Recipe In Hindi

 Namaste! Aaj hum aapke liye ek swadisht poha ki recipe laye hain. Poha ek prasiddh North Indian breakfast dish hai, jo gol malleable chawal se banti hai. Isme uble huye aloo, pyaaz aur masalo ka upyog hota hai, jo ise bahut hi swadisht banate hain. Chaliye shuru karte hain!

Is recipe ke liye aapko nimn samagri ki zarurat hogi:

  • 2 cup poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 bada aloo (potato), chote-chote tukdo mein kaat liya
  • 1 pyaaz (onion), bareek kate hue
  • 2 hari mirch (green chillies), kat kar beej nikal liya
  • 1/4 cup matar (green peas)
  • 1/4 teaspoon haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch (red chilli powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon namak (salt)
  • 1 teaspoon adrak-lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rai (mustard seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 10-12 curry patta (curry leaves)
  • 2 tablespoon tel (oil)
  • 1 tablespoon nimbu ka ras (lemon juice)
  • Dhaniya patta (coriander leaves) - garnish ke liye
  • Sev (crispy fried gram flour noodles) - garnish ke liye

Ab hum poha banane ki vidhi shuru karenge:

  • Sabse pehle, ek bartan mein poha ko achhe se dho len. Use achhe se chhan kar nikal dein taki saara paani nikal jaye aur poha sukhe ho jaye.
  • Ab ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usme rai aur jeera dalein. Jab rai splutter karein aur jeera bhun jaye, to usme curry patta aur hari mirch add karein.
  • Fir isme aloo aur matar daal kar halka sa bhun lein. Dhyan rahe ki aloo aur matar achhe se ubal jayein.
  • Ab isme pyaaz aur adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar saute karein. Pyaaz halka sa golden brown ho jaye, tab aage badhein.
  • Ab isme haldi, lal mirch aur namak daal kar acche se milayein.
  • Iske baad, sukhe hue poha ko dalein aur acche se mix karein. Dhyan rahe ki poha ka tukda tukda hona chahiye, isliye daba-daba kar mix karein.
  • Poha ko dhimi aanch par pakate rahein aur usme nimbu ka ras nichod kar milayein. Isse poha ka swad aur bhi badh jayega.
  • Dhaniya patta aur sev se poha ko garnish karein aur garama-garam serve karein.
  • Aapka swadisht poha taiyar hai!
  • Aap poha ko aise hi serve kar sakte hain, ya phir kuch aur sangat ke saath bhi serve kar sakte hain. Kuch log poha ko chutney, dahi ya achaar ke saath khana pasand karte hain. Is dish ko garmi ke mausam mein aam taur par adrak ki chai ke saath enjoy kiya jata hai.

  • Poha ek versatile dish hai, aur aap usme apne swaad ke hisaab se kuch variations bhi kar sakte hain. Yahan kuch aur sujhav hain:
  • Kanda Poha: Agar aap pyaaz (kanda) ke bade fan hain, toh aap poha mein aur zyada pyaaz daal sakte hain. Pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein aur uske baad poha daal kar mix karein.
  • Matar Poha: Agar aapko matar ka swaad pasand hai, toh aapko poha mein aur zyada matar daal sakte hain. Iske liye matar ko pani mein ubal kar alag se pakayein aur phir poha ke saath milayein.
  • Tamatar Poha: Agar aapko tamatar ka swaad pasand hai, toh aap poha mein chopped tamatar bhi daal sakte hain. Tamatar ko pyaaz ke saath saute karein aur phir poha ke saath mix karein.
  • Kacche Aam Poha: Aam ka season hone par aap kacche aam ka chunda (sweet and tangy mango pickle) ya aam ka achaar poha ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Isse poha ko ek mithaas aur khattapan ka swaad milta hai.
