Paneer Bhurji Recipe in Hindi

Saman:- 200 grams paneer, chhote cubes mein kata hua
- 2 pyaaz, bareek kata hua
- 1 tamatar, bareek kata hua
- 1 hari mirch, bareek kata hua (optional)
- 1/2 inch adrak, koota hua
- 4-5 kali mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder (optional)
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder

- 2 tbsp tel (oil) ya ghee
- Kuch dhaniya patti, garnish ke liye
- Ek pan mein tel ya ghee garam karein aur usmein adrak aur hari mirch daal kar saute karein.
- Ab pyaaz ko dal kar use golden brown hone tak bhunein.
- Pyaaz ke rang badalne par usmein tamatar dalein aur ache se mix karein. Tamatar ko thoda galne tak pakayein.
- Ab tamatar masale ke saath paneer cubes, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, kali mirch powder aur namak dalein.
- Sabhi masale ko acche se mix karein aur medium aanch par 5-7 minutes tak pakayein, paneer ko masalo ke saath achhe se combine hone tak.
