Falooda Recipe in Hindi

Saman:- 2 tbsp falooda sev

- 2 cups doodh (milk)
- 3 tbsp sugar (cheeni)
- 1/2 tsp kewda essence (optional)
- 1/2 tsp rose essence (optional)
- 1/2 cup rabri (optional)
- 1 cup kulfi (vanilla, pista, ya koi bhi pasand ki flavor)
- fruits (mango, strawberry, pomegranate) - kata hua
- Dry fruits (badam, pista) - kata hua
- Ice cream - vanilla ya koi bhi pasand ki flavor
- Tutti Frutti (optional) - rangin mithai ke dana
Upyog ke tarike:
- Sabse pehle, ek bade bartan mein falooda sev ko pani mein boil karein. Iske liye, pani ko ubalne ke baad falooda sev daal dein aur use 5-7 minutes tak pakayein, ya jab tak sev soft aur translucent na ho jaye. Dhyan rakhein ki sev bahut zyada gal na jayein.
