Saman:

  • 2 bade aam (mango), ache se pake hue aur chhilke utar kar tukdon mein kaat lein
  • 2 cup thanda doodh (milk)
  • 4-5 tsp cheeni (sugar) ya swad anusar
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • Thoda sa kesar (saffron) strands (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)

  • Sabse pehle, aam ko ache se dho kar saaf karein aur chhilke utar kar tukdon mein kaat lein. Aapke pas agar pake hue aam hai toh unko direct istemal kar sakte hain, warna thode der ke liye aam ko freezer mein rakh dein, jisse woh thanda ho jayega.
  • Ek mixer grinder ya blender mein tukde kiye hue aam daalein aur use blend karke smooth paste bana lein.
  • Ab ek alag katode mein thanda doodh daalein aur usmein cheeni, elaichi powder, aur kesar daalein. Dhyan rakhein, cheeni ki matra apne swad ke anusar adjust kar sakte hain.
  • Ab blender mein aam ki paste aur doodh ka mixture daalein.
  • Blender ko chalayein aur sabhi samagri ko achhe se mix kar lein, taki mango shake ka texture smooth aur creamy ho jaye.
  • Agar aapko thanda mango shake pasand hai, toh blender mein 4-5 ice cubes bhi daal kar blend kar sakte hain. Yeh shake ko aur thanda banayega.
  • Blend karne ke baad, mango shake ko ek serving glass mein nikal kar upar se thoda sa elaichi powder aur kesar se sajayein.
  • Mango Shake ko turant serve karein aur thanda-thanda maza uthayein.
