Fish Curry Recipe in Hindi - Bengali Special Dish
Fish Curry, jo ki ek prasiddh aur swadisht bharatiya non-vegetarian dish hai, bhojan mein mahatvapurna sthan rakhti hai. Yahan main aapke saath Fish Curry banane ki ek detailed recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:- 500 grams machhli (fish), saf karke tukdon mein kaat lein
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 badi pyaaz (large onion), bareek kata hua
- 2 tamatar (tomatoes), bareek kata hua
- 1 tsp adrak-lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
- 2 hari mirch (green chillies), kata hua
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder (cumin powder)
- Namak swad anusar
- Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua sajane ke liye
- Sabse pehle, machhli ko acche se dhokar saaf karein aur tukdon mein kaat lein. Machhli ke tukde chote ya bade hone ke anusaar apne pasand ke tukde kaat sakte hain.
- Machhli ke tukde ko ek katod mein rakh dein aur usmein haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak mila kar acche se mix karein. Tukde ko masalo se achhe se coat karein aur ise 15-20 minutes tak marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera daal kar tadka laga lein.
- Tadke ke baad kadhai mein bareek kata hua pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak saute karein.
- Golden brown hue pyaaz mein adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar saute karein, jab tak raw smell chale jaye.
- Iske baad bareek kata hua tamatar aur hari mirch daal kar mix karein. Tamatar gal jayein tab tak pakayein.
- Tamatar gal jayein toh kadhai mein dhimi aanch par dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, jeera powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein. Masale ko medium flame par pakayein, jab tak tel chhodne lagein.
- Ab kadhai mein 1-1.5 cups paani daal kar mix karein aur gas ko dheemi kar dein. Curry ko dhak kar 10-15 minutes tak pakayein, taki masale acche se ghul jayein aur curry ka swad badh jayein.
- Gas band kar dein aur curry ko thoda thanda hone ke liye rukh dein.
- Curry thanda hone par, curry mein machhli ke tukde ko ek ek karke daal dein. Dhyan rakhein, machhli ko halka halka dabakar daalein taki woh curry mein sama jayein aur tut na jayein.
- Curry mein machhli ke tukde daalne ke baad, gas ko dheemi aanch par chalayein aur curry ko dhak kar 5-7 minutes tak pakayein. Isse machhli ke tukde acche se masalo mein simat jayenge aur unka swad badhega.
- Dheemi aanch par pakane ke baad, gas ko band kar dein aur curry ko thoda thanda hone ke liye rukh dein.
- Thanda hone par, curry ko halka sa garam karein aur upar se garam masala powder daal kar acche se mix karein. Garam masala curry ko ek aur layer of flavors dega.
- Curry ko garnish karne ke liye, upar se kata hua hara dhaniya chidak dein.
- Fish Curry ko garam-garam steamed rice, roti, ya paratha ke saath serve karein. Aap ise ek complete meal ke roop mein bhi enjoy kar sakte hain.
