Manchurian Recipe in Hindi- Best Street Style Recipe

Saman:
Manchurian pakode ke Liya:
- 1 cup gajar (carrot), bareek kata hua
- 1 cup gobhi (cauliflower), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup matar (green peas)
- 1/2 cup pyaaz (onions), bareek kata hua
- 1/4 cup hari mirch (green chillies), bareek kata hua
- 4 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- Tel (oil) frying ke liye
Manchurian Gravy ke Liya:
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
- 1/2 cup pyaaz (onions), bareek kata hua
- 1/4 cup hari mirch (green chillies), bareek kata hua
- 1/4 cup shimla mirch (capsicum), bareek kata hua
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp hari mirch sauce (green chili sauce)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup paani (water)
- 2 cups paani (water)
- Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua sajane ke liye
Upyog ke tarike:
- Sabse pehle, ek bade bowl mein gajar, gobhi, matar, pyaaz aur hari mirch ko daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab is mixture mein maida, cornflour, adrak-lehsun ka paste, soya sauce, lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab thoda thoda karke paani daalte hue mixture ko acche se mix karein, taki ek garha paste bane.
- Is paste ko 15-20 minutes tak rakh dein, taki sabjiyon mein flavors acche se ghul jayein.
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein mix vegetable paste se pakode bana kar tal lein. Dhyan rakhein, tel ko medium heat par garam karein aur pakode ko golden brown hone tak fry karein. Isse pakode crispy banege.
- Ab kadhai se pakode ko nikal kar tissue paper par rakh dein, taki extra oil absorb ho jaye.
- Ab hum gravy banane ke liye ek alag kadhai mein tel garam karein.
- Garam tel mein adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar saute karein, jab tak raw smell chale jaye.
- Fir bareek kata hua pyaaz, hari mirch aur shimla mirch daal kar saute karein, jab tak pyaaz translucent ho jaye aur sabjiyan thodi soft ho jayein.
- Ab soya sauce, tomato sauce aur hari mirch sauce daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Gravy mein lal mirch powder, namak aur kali mirch powder daal kar mix karein. Isse gravy ka swaad aur masaledar hoga.
- Ab paani daal kar gravy ko ubaal aane tak pakayein. Dhyan rakhein, gravy ko medium heat par pakana hai, taki flavors acche se ghul jayein.
- Gravy ubal aane par cornflour ka mixture daal kar acche se mix karein. Isse gravy garha hogi.
- Gravy ko 2-3 minutes tak aur pakayein, taki cornflour acche se pak jaye aur gravy garha ho jaye.
- Ab manchurian pakode ko gravy mein daal kar acche se mix karein, taki gravy pakode ko acche se coat kare.
- Gas band kar dein aur manchurian ko 5 minutes tak dhak kar rakh dein, taki flavors acche se ghul jayein.
- Ab manchurian ko ek serving dish mein transfer karein aur upar se kata hua hara dhaniya se sajayein.
