Saman:

For Marinate:

  • 500 gram chicken, cubes mein kaat liya hua
  • 2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • Tel (oil) frying ke liye

For Gravy:

  • 2 pyaaz (onions), bareek kata hua
  • 1 hari mirch (green chili), bareek kata hua
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp hari mirch sauce (green chili sauce)
  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup paani (water)
  • Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua sajane ke liye
  • Spring onions, kata hua (optional) sajane ke liye

Upyog ke tarike

  • Sabse pehle, chicken ko ek bowl mein lein aur usmein maida, cornflour, adrak-lehsun ka paste, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, soya sauce, vinegar, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein. Chicken ko lagbhag 30 minutes tak marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.
  • Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein marinated chicken ko dal kar halki aanch par golden brown hone tak fry karein. Chicken ko aise hi nikal lein.
  • Ab ek alag kadhai mein thoda tel garam karein aur usmein bareek kata pyaaz, hari mirch, aur adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar saute karein, jab tak pyaaz translucent ho jaye.

  • Ab soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, hari mirch sauce, lal mirch powder, namak, kali mirch powder, aur garam masala powder daal kar acche se mix karein.
  • Kadhai mein paani aur cornflour ka mixture daal kar acche se mix karein, taki gravy thick ho jaye. Dhyan rakhein, cornflour mixture ko slow flame par daal kar mix karein.
  • Gravy gaadha ho jaane par fried chicken ko kadhai mein daal kar achhe se mix karein, taki chicken ko gravy acche se coat kare.
  • Gas band kar dein aur dish ko 5 minutes tak dhak kar rakh dein, taki chicken aur gravy ka swaad acche se ghul jaye.
  • Ab Chilli Chicken ko ek serving dish mein transfer karein aur upar se kata hua hara dhaniya aur spring onions se sajayein.
