Tandoori chicken Recipe

 Tandoori Chicken ek bahut hi mash-hoor North Indian dish hai, jise traditional tarike se tandoor mein banaya jata hai. Lekin ghar par aap bhi Tandoori Chicken bana sakte hain. Yahaan main aapke saath Tandoori Chicken banane ka ek simple recipe share kar raha hoon.

Saman:

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 2 tsp lal mirch powder
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp adrak lehsun paste
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • 2 tbsp tel
  • 1 bada pyaaz, kaat kar
  • 1 bada tamatar, kaat kar
  • Hara dhaniya, kata hua

Upayog ke tarike:

  • Sabse pehle, chicken ko dho kar acche se saaf kar lein aur usmein chote chote cuts lagayein.
  • Ab ek bade bowl mein dahi lein aur usmein lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, jeera powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, chaat masala, kali mirch powder, ajwain, adrak lehsun paste aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
  • Ab is mixture mein chicken ko daal kar acche se mix karein. Isko 3 se 4 ghante ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.
  • Ab tawa garam karein aur usmein tel daalein. Tel garam hone par pyaaz aur tamatar daal kar bhunein.
  • Ab chicken ko tandoori ke jaisa banaane ke liye oven ko preheat karein 200 degree Celsius par.

  • Ab chicken ke tukde ko skewer mein daal kar oven mein rakhein aur 20 se 25 minute tak bake karein. Aap kabab banane ke liye bhi isko tukdo mein kaat kar oven mein bake kar sakte hain.
  • Jab chicken acche se pak jaye to oven se nikal kar usmein thoda sa tel daal dein aur acche se mix karein.
  • Ab tawa par fry kiye gaye pyaaz aur tamatar ke saath Tandoori Chicken ko garnish kar ke hara dhaniya daal kar serve karein.

Aap Tandoori Chicken ko mint chutney, hari chutney ya dahi raita ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Enjoy!
