Samosa Recipe in Hindi- Aloo Samosa

 Samosa, jo ki ek prasiddh Indian naastha hai, crispy aur masaledar aloo bharne ke saath hota hai. Yahaan main aapke saath samosa banane ki recipe share kar raha hoon.

Samosa Recipe in Hindi- Aloo Samosa
Saman:

Aate ke liye samagri

  • 2 cups maida 
  • 1/4 cup ghee (butter) ya tel (oil)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • Pani (water) - jarurat ke anusar

Bharwa ke liye samagri

  • 4 medium size ke aloo (potato), uble hue aur masle hue
  • 1/2 cup matar (green peas)
  • 1 bada pyaaz (onion), bareek kata hua
  • 2 hari mirch (green chillies), bareek kata hua
  • 1/2 inch adrak (ginger), grated
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp tel (oil)
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • Hara dhaniya kata hua

Upyog ke tarike:

  • Sabse pehle, maida, ghee ya tel, aur namak ko ek mixing katora mein mila lein. Aate ko breadcrumbs ki tarah rub karein, taki ghee ya tel saman rup se mix ho jaye.
  • Thoda-thoda karke pani daal kar, aate ko gundh lein. Soft aur smooth aata banane ke liye pani jarurat ke anusar daalein. Dhyan rakhein, aata thoda tight ho, bahut soft nahi hona chahiye. aatte ko 15-20 minutes ke liye aise hi rakh dijiya.
  • Is samay tak, aloo ko ubal kar masal lein. Aloo masal lene ke baad ek katora mein rakh dein.
  • Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera aur saunf daal kar sizzle hone dein.
  • Ab pyaaz, hari mirch, aur adrak daal kar saute karein, jab tak pyaaz translucent ho jaye.

Samosa Recipe in Hindi- Aloo Samosa

  • Matar ko kadhai mein daal kar saute karein, 2-3 minutes tak pakayein.
  • Ab mashed aloo, lal mirch powder, haldi, garam masala powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein. Masalo ko dhyan se bhunein, 5-7 minutes tak pakayein. Dhyan rakhein ki aloo bharne sukhi ho jaye, aur flavors acche se mix ho jayein.
  • Gas band kar dein aur hara dhaniya daal kar mix karein. Aloo bharne ko thanda hone ke liye ek plate mein rakh dein
  • Ab aate ko adha karein aur chote tukra le kar usko smooth balls bana lein. Ek baar mein 2-3 balls bana sakte hain.
  • Ek atte ke ball ko gol shape mein belan ki madad se roll karein. Dhyan rakhein, samosa ki patti patli honi chahiye, lekin bahut patli nahi honi chahiye.

Samosa Recipe in Hindi- Aloo Samosa

  • Rolled atte ko haath se fold karein aur triangular shape mein fold karein, taki aloo bharne ko bharne ke liye space ho.
  • Triangular shape mein fold kiye hue aate ke open side ko apne ungliyon se thoda dabayein, taki samosa ka shape acche se ban sake. Aloo bharne ko atte ke andar bharne ke liye ek side ko thoda open chhod dein.
  • Ab aloo bharne ko samosa mein bhar dein, dhyan rakhein ki bharne saman rup se spread ho aur samosa ka shape accha bane.
  • Atte ke open side ko pani ya maida paste se seal karein, taki samosa khane ke dauran bharne bahar na nikle.
  • Isi tarah baaki atte balls ko samosa banate jayein.
  • Ab ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur medium flame par samose ko deep fry karein, jab tak woh golden brown aur crispy na ho jayein.

Samosa Recipe in Hindi- Aloo Samosa

  • Fry kiye hue samose ko kitchen towel par rakhein, taki extra oil absorb ho sake.
  • Aapke swad anusar samose ko ketchup, hari chutney, ya imli chutney ke saath serve kar sakte hain.
