 Sabudana vada, jo ek prasiddh vrat ka khana hai, crispy aur masaledar hota hai. Yahan main aapke saath sabudana vada banane ki ek detailed recipe share kar raha hoon.

Saman:

  • 1 cup sabudana (sago)
  • 2 medium aloo (potatoes), uble hue aur masle hue
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, dardara kata hua
  • 2 hari mirch (green chillies), bareek kata hua
  • 1/2 inch adrak (ginger), kasa hua
  • 2 tbsp kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp sendha namak (rock salt)
  • Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua
  • Tel (oil) deep frying ke liye

Upyog ke tarike:

  • Sabse pehle, sabudana ko ek katore mein daal kar paani mein bhigoye. Ise kam se kam 4-5 ghante tak bhigone dein, taki sabudana ache se phool jaaye.
  • Bhigoye hue sabudana ko chhan kar achhe se saaf paani se dho lein aur ek chalni par 10-15 minutes tak rakh dein, taki jyada paani nikal sake.
  • Ek mixing katore mein uble hue aur masle hue aloo, dardara kata hua peanuts, bareek kata hari mirch, kasa hua adrak, kuttu ka atta, jeera, lal mirch powder, sendha namak aur kata hua hara dhaniya lekar acche se mix karein. Isse vada ki filling tayyar ho jayegi.

  • Ab ismein chhan kar sukhaye hue sabudana daal kar acche se milayein. Dhyan rakhein ki sabudana achhe se aloo filling ke saath mix ho jaye.
  • Mix kiye hue samosa mixture ko 10-15 minutes ke liye rakh dein, taki sabudana thoda aur phool jaye.
  • Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein, medium flame par.
  • Ab vada banane ke liye, ek haath se samosa mixture lekar use apne hathon mein guthli jaise daba lein aur usko apne dono hathon ki madad se flat aur round shape mein press karein. Dhyan rakhein ki vada patla aur acche se shape mein bane.

  • Kadhai mein garam tel mein thoda sa test karein. Agar tel acche se garam hai, toh ek vada ko tel mein dal dein. Dhyan rakhein ki vada tel mein doobe, lekin tel bahut zyada garam na ho. Vade ko dhire-dhire fry karein, medium flame par, aur dono taraf se golden brown hone tak fry karein.
  • Ek baar vada golden brown ho jaye, use jali ya tissue paper par nikalein, taki excess oil absorb ho sake. Isi tarah baaki vade bhi fry karein.
  • Garam-garam sabudana vade ko hari chutney, imli chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karein.
  • Aap chahe toh sabudana vade ko vrat ke dinon mein ya snack time mein enjoy kar sakte hain. Unhe garam-garam serve karein aur chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karein.
