Pav Bhaji Recipe- Mumbai street Style
Pav Bhaji ek mash-hoor aur swadisht street food dish hai, jismein masaledar sabzi aur pav ka combination hota hai. Yahaan main aapke saath Pav Bhaji banane ki ek aasaan recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:- 4-5 medium size aloo (potato), uble hue aur mashed
- 1 cup matar (green peas), uble hue aur mashed
- 1 bada pyaaz (onion), bareek kata hua
- 1 bada tamatar (tomato), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup gobhi (cauliflower), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup gajar (carrot), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup shimla mirch (capsicum), bareek kata hua
- 2 hari mirch (green chillies), bareek kata hua
- 2 tsp adrak lehsun ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
- Pav (buns) - as required
- Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua garnish ke liye
- Nimbu ke tukde, garnish ke liye
- Pyaaz, kata hua garnish ke liye
Upayog ke tarike:
- Ek kadhai mein tel aur makhan garam karein aur usmein pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak sauté karein.
- Ab adrak lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch daal kar 2 minutes tak bhunein.
- Kadhai mein tamatar daal kar pakayein, jab tak tamatar gal jayein aur tel alag na ho jaye.
- Gobhi, gajar, aur shimla mirch ko kadhai mein daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab mashed aloo aur matar daal kar sabzi ko acche se mix karein.
- Pav Bhaji masala, lal mirch powder, haldi, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Sabzi ko medium heat par pakayein, dhakkan laga kar, 10-15 minutes tak ya jab tak sabziyaan ache se gal na jayein.
- Dhaniya se garnish karein aur gas band kar dein.
- Pav ko tave par garam karein aur makhan laga kar lightly toast karein.
- Pav Bhaji ko garnish ke liye pyaaz, hara dhaniya, aur nimbu ke tukde se sajayein.
- Garam-garam Pav Bhaji ko pav ke saath serve karein.
