Mix Veg Recipe in Hindi - Dhaba Style
Mix Veg ek swadisht aur healthy dish hai, jismein alag-alag sabziyo ka istemal hota hai. Yahaan main aapke saath Mix Veg banane ki ek aasaan recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:- 1 cup hari gobhi (cauliflower), phoolon mein tukde kiye hue
- 1 cup matar (green peas)
- 1/2 cup gobhi (cabbage), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup gajar (carrot), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup shimla mirch (capsicum), bareek kata hua
- 1/2 cup tamatar (tomato), bareek kata hua
- 1 bada pyaaz (onion), bareek kata hua
- 2 hari mirch (green chillies), kata hua
- 2 tsp adrak lehsun ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), garnish ke liye
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak sauté karein.
- Ab adrak lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch daal kar 2 minutes tak bhunein.
- Kadhai mein tamatar daal kar pakayein, jab tak tamatar gal jayein aur tel alag na ho jaye.
- Ab lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Sabziyo ko acche se dho kar saaf karein aur kadhai mein daal dein. Gobhi, matar, gobhi, gajar, aur shimla mirch daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Sabziyo ko dhakkan laga kar medium heat par pakayein, jab tak sabziyaan gal jayein aur ache se soft ho jayein.
- Sabziyo mein garam masala powder daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Mix Veg ko garnish ke liye hara dhaniya se sajayein.
- Mix Veg ko garam-garam serve karein, roti, paratha, ya chawal ke saath enjoy karein.
