Palak Paneer Recipe
Namaste! Aaj hum palak paneer ki recipe sikhenge. Palak paneer ek prasiddh aur swadist North Indian dish hai, jise log bahut pasand karte hain. Ismein swasthvardhak palak aur mazedar paneer ka mishran hota hai. Toh chaliye shuru karte hain!
- 2 bade bundle palak (spinach)
- 200 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 bade pyaaz (onion)
- 2 bade tamatar (tomato)
- 2-3 hari mirch (green chillies)
- 1 inch adrak (ginger)
- 4-5 kali lehsun (garlic cloves)
- 1 chhoti chammach jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 chhoti chammach haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 chhoti chammach lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- 1 chhoti chammach dhaniya (coriander powder)
- 1/2 chhoti chammach garam masala powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 chhote chammach ghee ya tel
- 2 chhote chammach malai (cream)
- Dhaniya patti (coriander leaves) garnishing ke liye
- Sabse pehle palak ko acche se dho kar cheel kar, paani mein thodi der ke liye bhigokar rakh dein. Isse palak ka rang aur swad dono acche aayenge. Phir paani ko chaan kar palak ko blend kar lein, taki ek smooth paste taiyar ho jaye.
- Ab ek kadhai mein ghee ya tel garam karein. Jab ghee ya tel garam ho jaye, toh jeera daalein aur use thoda bhunein. Jab jeera bhun jaye, pyaaz kaat kar kadhai mein daalein aur unhe halka sa golden brown hone tak bhunein.
- Pyaaz bhunne ke dauran, adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch ka paste bana lein. Iske liye adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch ko mixer mein daal kar paste bana lein.
- Jab pyaaz golden brown ho jayein, usmein adrak-lehsun-hari mirch ka paste daalein aur acche se milayein. Iske baad tamatar ka paste bhi daal dein aur sabhi masale ko acche se mix karein.
- Ab haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, aur namak daalein. Masale ko acche se milayein aur dhimi aanch par 5-7 minutes tak pakayein, jab tak masale ka tel alag na ho jaye aur masala acche se pak jaye.
- Masala pakne ke baad, ab palak ka paste daalein aur achhe se mix karein. Palak ka paste daalne ke baad, aapko thoda sa pani bhi daalna hoga, taki palak ache se pak sake. Dhyan rahe ki pani thoda-thoda karke daalein, jyada pani daalne se palak ki consistency kharab ho jayegi aur swad prabhavit nahi rahega.
- Palak ko lagbhag 10-15 minutes tak pakayein, dhire-dhire chadhate hue, ya jab tak palak puri tarah se pak na jaye aur ghee tel alag na ho jaye. Is samay palak ki khushboo aapko mehsoos hogi aur uska rang bhi gehra ho jayega.
- Ab paneer ke tukde kaat kar, thoda sa namak aur lal mirch powder lagakar, ek alag tawa par golden brown kar lein. Paneer ko tawe par ache se bhunne se uska swad aur texture badh jata hai.
- Bhune hue paneer ko palak masale mein milayein aur achhe se mix karein. Paneer ko masale mein 2-3 minutes tak pakayein, jisse wo masalo se achhe se coat ho jaye.
- Ab ek chhote se katode mein malai ko halka sa whip karein aur palak paneer ke upar dal dein. Malai paneer ko aur mazedar banayegi aur iski texture ko creamier banayegi.
- Palak paneer taiyar hai! Ise dhaniya patti se garnish karein aur garam-garam serve karein. Palak paneer ko roti, naan, ya chawal ke saath enjoy karein.
- Toh yeh rahi palak paneer ki swadist aur aasan recipe. Is dish ke sath aap dahi, salad, ya papad bhi serve kar sakte hain. Palak paneer ko ghar par banakar aap apne parivar aur mehmano ko khush kar sakte hain. Iske swad, poshan aur aakarshak rang se aapka bhojan aur bhi anokha hoga.
