Chole Bhature Recipe

 Chole Bhature Ke Liye Samagri:

Chole:

  • 1 cup chole (Kabuli chana), raat bhar bhigo kar rakh dein
  • 1 pyaaz, bareek kata hua
  • 2 tamatar, bareek kata hua
  • 1 inch adrak ka tukda, bareek kata hua
  • 2-3 hari mirch, bareek kata hua
  • 1 chammach haldi powder
  • 1 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 1 chammach dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 chammach garam masala powder
  • 2 chammach amchur powder
  • 2 chammach chole masala powder
  • 2 chammach tel
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Dhaniya patti (tukde kata hua) garnish ke liye

Bhature:

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 1/4 chammach baking powder
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Tel bhature ke liye

Chole Bhature Banane Ki Vidhi:

Chole:

  • Bhigoye hue chole ko daal ko ubalne ke liye cooker mein daal dein aur 4-5 seeti aane tak ubalein.
  • Ab kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhun lein.
  • Tamatar, adrak aur hari mirch daal kar bhun lein.
  • Ab haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, chole masala powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
  • Ubale hue chole usmein daal dein aur acche se mix karein. 1-2 glass paani daal kar chole ko dhak dein aur dhimi aanch par 15-20 minutes tak pakne dein.
  • Chole ko acche se mix karein aur dhaniya patti se garnish karke serve karein.

Bhature:

  • Ek bowl mein maida, dahi, baking powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
  • Isko acche se goondh lein aur thoda garam paani daal kar aur goondh lein. Ab thoda tel daal kar aur goondh lein.
  • Ab isko aadhe ghante ke liye rakh dein aur isko duble aur moti roti jaisa shape de dein.
  • Ab tel garam karein aur bhature ko tel mein tal lein. Isko tissue paper par nikal kar serve karein.
  • Chole Bhature tayar hai! Ise pyaaz aur hari mirch ke saath serve karein.
