Motichur Laddu Recipe
Motichur Laddu ek mash-hoor aur mithaaiyaan hai jo besan ke boonde aur cheeni se banti hai. Yahaan main aapke saath Motichur Laddu banane ka ek aasaan recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup paani
- 1/4 tsp orange food color (optional)
- Tel ghee (ghee) talne ke liye
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1/2 cup paani
- 1/4 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- 1 tbsp chopped badam (almonds)
- 1 tbsp chopped pista (pistachios)
- Ek bowl mein besan aur paani ko acche se mix karein, taki ek smooth batter taiyar ho jaye. Dhyan rakhein ki besan ko lump-free banayein.
- Agar aapko colorful laddu banane hai, toh batter mein orange food color daalein aur acche se mix karein.
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein sev ki plate rakhein. Sev ki plate ke chote holes hone chahiye.
- Batter ko sev ki plate par dal dein aur kadhai mein medium heat par boondiyan fry karein.
- Boondiyan light golden brown aur crisp ho jayein, tab kadhai se bahar nikal kar rakh dein.
- Cheeni aur paani ko ek kadhai mein daal kar medium heat par garam karein. Cheeni ko paani mein achhe se dissolve karein.
- Cheeni syrup ko ek taar ki consistency tak pakayein. Iske liye, cheeni syrup ko spoon par daal kar tap karein, agar ek taar ban jaye toh sahi consistency hai.
- Ab elaichi powder daal kar cheeni syrup mein mix karein.
- Ab fried boondiyan cheeni syrup mein daal dein aur acche se mix karein, taaki boondiyan syrup se acche se coat ho jayein.
- Thodi der tak boondi ko syrup mein rakh dein, taaki boondi syrup absorb kar sake.
- Ab boondi ko thanda hone ke liye chhod dein. Thanda hone ke baad, laddu banaane ke liye boondi ko hath se acche se masal lein.
- Boondi se laddu banaate waqt, apne haath thoda ghee se grease karein, taaki boondi laddu mein acche se shape le.
- Laddu ko hath se acche se press karke compact bana lein.
- Isi tarah se baki boondi se laddu bana lein.
- Laddu ko chopped badam aur pista se garnish karein.
- Motichur Laddu ko thanda hone ke liye rakh dein, aur jab puri tarah thande ho jayein, tab airtight dabbe mein store karein.
