Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

 Gajar Ka Halwa ek mithai hai jo gajar (carrot) aur khoya ka combination hai. Yahan main aapke saath Gajar Ka Halwa with Khoya banane ki ek recipe share kar raha hoon.

Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe
Saman:

  • 500 grams gajar (carrot), grate kar liye hue
  • 1 cup khoya, grated
  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cup doodh (milk)
  • 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
  • 1/4 cup kaju (cashews), kaat kar
  • 1/4 cup kishmish (raisins)
  • 1/4 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • 1 tbsp pista (pistachios), kaat kar (garnish ke liye)

Upyog ke tarike:

  1. Ek kadhai mein ghee garam karein aur usmein grated gajar daal kar halka bhunein.
  2. Gajar bhunne ke baad usmein doodh daal kar acche se mix karein aur medium heat par pakne dein. Thodi der ke baad gajar soft ho jayenge.
  3. Ab usmein khoya daal kar mix karein aur halwa ke liye aur pakayein. Dhyan rakhein ki halwa medium heat par slow flame par pake, taaki gajar aur khoya acche se mil jayein.
  4. Halwa pakne ke baad usmein cheeni, elaichi powder, kaju aur kishmish daal kar acche se mix karein.
  5. Halwa ko aur pakne ke liye aur pakayein, jab tak halwa acchi tarah se thick aur ghee alag hone tak pake.
  6. Jab halwa pak jaye aur ghee alag ho jaye, tab gas band kar dein.
  7. Gajar Halwa ko pista se garnish karein aur thanda hone ke liye thodi der tak rakh dein.
  8. Thanda hone ke baad Gajar Halwa ko serve karein aur enjoy karein.
