Misal Pav Recipe in Hindi- Street Style
Misal Pav Maharashtra ki ek prasiddh street food dish hai. Yeh dish spicy sprouts curry ke saath pav bread ke saath serve ki jati hai. Yahan main aapke saath Misal Pav banane ka ek simple recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:
Misal Ke Liya Samagri:
- 1 cup moth beans (matki), dhoye hue aur bhigoye hue
- 1 bada pyaaz, kaat kar
- 1 bada tamatar, kaat kar
- 2 hari mirch, kaat kar
- 1 inch adrak, grated
- 2 tsp Misal masala
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Namak swaad anusar

Usal Ke Liya Samagri:
- 1 cup safed vatana (white peas), bhigoye hue
- 1 bada pyaaz, kaat kar
- 1 bada tamatar, kaat kar
- 2 hari mirch, kaat kar
- 1 inch adrak, grated
- 2 tsp Usal masala
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- Namak swaad anusar
- Tel
Anya Samagri:
- Pav bread
- Barik kata hua pyaaz
- Kata hua hara dhaniya
- Sev
- Nimbu ke tukde
Misal:
- Ek pressure cooker mein bhigoye hue matki daalein aur usmein paani aur namak daal kar ubal aane tak pakayein.
- Ab tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak daal kar bhunein.
- Bhune hue masalo mein Misal masala, lal mirch powder, haldi, garam masala aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ubali hui matki ko is masale ke saath mix karein aur 5-7 minute tak pakayein. Misal ready hai.
- Ek pressure cooker mein bhigoye hue vatana daalein aur usmein paani aur namak daal kar ubal aane tak pakayein.
- Ab tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak daal kar bhunein.
- Bhune hue masalo mein Usal masala, lal mirch powder, haldi aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ubale huye vatana ko is masale ke saath mix karein aur 5-7 minute tak pakayein. Usal ready hai.
Serving:
- Ek plate mein Misal aur Usal ko saath mein rakhein.
- Pav bread ko tawa par garam karein aur plate ke saath serve karein.
- Misal Pav ko garnish karne ke liye barik kata hua pyaaz, hara dhaniya, sev aur nimbu ke tukde daal sakte hain.
- Misal Pav ko aap extra sev, farsan, chutney ya dahi ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Aap isko breakfast, brunch ya evening snack ke roop mein enjoy kar sakte hai.
