Gulab Jamun Recipe in Hindi
Gulab Jamun ek mithai hai, jo India mein bahut hi pasand ki jati hai. Yeh mithai maida, khoya aur chashni se banti hai. Yahaan main aapke saath Gulab Jamun banane ka ek simple recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:- 1 cup khoya (mawa)
- 1/4 cup maida
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp dudh (milk)
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1 cup pani (water)
- 4-5 elaichi ke daane (cardamom)
- Kesar ka rang (saffron strands)
- Tel ghee (ghee) frying ke liye
- Badam aur pista (almonds and pistachios) tukdon ke liye
- Ek bowl mein khoya aur maida ko acche se mix karein.
- Baking soda aur dudh daal kar atta bana lein.
- Atta ko 15 minutes ke liye rakh dein aur aas paas tel ghee garam hone ke liye rakh dein.
- Is dauran, ek bartan mein cheeni aur pani lekar gas par garam karein. Cheeni ko pani mein acche se mix karein.
- Jab cheeni pani mein acche se ghol jaye, tab elaichi aur kesar ka rang daal dein. Chashni ko halka garam hone par gas band kar dein.
- Ab Atta ko haath se smooth balls bana lein. Dhyan rakhein ki balls ke beech mein koi cracks na ho.
- Ab ghee garam karein aur medium flame par rakh dein. Ghee thoda kam garam ho to gulab jamun crunchy ho jayenge, zyada garam ho to unki upar ki taraf jaldi se pak jayegi.
- Ghee mein gulab jamun ko dal kar halka golden brown hone tak fry karein. Dhyan rakhein ki gulab jamun ka rang bahut gehra nahi ho jaaye.
- Fry hue gulab jamun ko tissue paper par nikal lein, taki extra oil absorb ho sake.
- Ab fry hue gulab jamun ko garam chashni mein daal dein aur 2-3 ghante ke liye bhigone dein.
- Gulab jamun ko chashni se nikal kar serving plate mein rakh dein aur upar se badam aur pista tukdon se garnish karein.
- Gulab Jamun taiyaar hai. Aap ise thanda ya garam karke serve kar sakte hain.
- Gulab Jamun ko aap plain ya ice cream ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Ise special occasions ya festivals mein bhi enjoy kar sakte hain.
