Paneer Tikka Recipe
Paneer Tikka ek mash-hoor North Indian dish hai, jisme paneer ke tukde ko tandoorya oven mein tikka ke roop mein paka jata hai. Yahaan main aapke saath Paneer Tikka banane ka ek simple recipe share kar raha hoon.

Saman:
- 250 grams paneer, cubed
- 1 bada pyaaz, kaat kar
- 1 bada shimla mirch, kaat kar
- 1 bada tamatar, kaat kar
- 1/2 cup dahi (curd)
- 2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- 1 tsp adrak lehsun paste
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- Hara dhaniya, kata hua (garnish ke liye)

- Sabse pehle, paneer tukde ko ek bowl mein rakhein.
- Dahi, lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, jeera powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, chaat masala, kali mirch powder, ajwain, adrak lehsun paste aur namak ko ek bowl mein daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab is mixture ko paneer tukdo ke upar daal kar acche se mix karein, taki har tukde par masala achhe se coat ho jaye. Isko 30 minutes tak marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.
- Tawa ko garam karein aur usmein tel daalein. Tel garam hone par pyaaz, shimla mirch aur tamatar tawa par saute karein.
- Ab marinated paneer tukde ko skewers mein daal kar tawa par rakhein aur dono taraf se acche se sek lein, taki paneer tukde golden brown ho jayein.
- Jab paneer tikka acche se sek jayein, tab use tawa se nikal kar ek serving plate mein arrange karein.
- Paneer tikka ko garnish ke liye kata hua hara dhaniya se sajayein.
- Paneer Tikka taiyaar hai. Aap ise mint chutney, hari chutney ya dahi raita ke saath serve kar sakte hain.
Aap Paneer Tikka ko starter ke roop mein ya main course ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Ise garam-garam serve karein aur enjoy karein
