Biryani Recipe in Hindi
Biryani ek bahut hi mash-hoor aur lazeez rice dish hai, jo India aur dusre South Asian countries mein popular hai. Yahaan main aapke saath biryani banane ka ek simple recipe share kar raha hoon.
Biryani Banane Ke Saman- 1 cup basmati chawal
- 500 gram mutton ya chicken
- 1 bada pyaaz, kaat kar
- 1 bada tamatar, kaat kar
- 2 hari elaichi
- 2 laung
- 1 inch dalchini
- 2 badi elaichi
- 4-5 kali mirch
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp haldi
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 tbsp dahi
- 2 tbsp tel
- 1/2 cup pudina patta, kata hua
- 1/2 cup dhaniya patta, kata hua
- Sabse pehle, chawal ko dho kar 30 minutes ke liye paani mein bhigokar rakh dein. Isse chawal ache se ubalenge.
- Ek pressure cooker mein tel garam karein aur jeera, badi elaichi, hari elaichi, laung aur kali mirch ko daalein. Sath hi pyaaz daal kar bhunein.
- Ab tamatar ko daalein aur thoda bhunein. Iske baad dhania powder, lal mirch powder, haldi aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab ismein dahi aur mutton/chicken daal dein aur 2 se 3 minute tak bhunein.
- Iske baad pani (lagbhag 1.5 cup) daal kar pressure cooker mein mutton/chicken ko 8-10 whistles tak pakne dein.
- Jab cooker mein se pressure nikal jaye to cooker ko khol dein aur ismein pudina aur dhaniya patta daal kar mix karein.
- Ab chawal ka paani nikal dein aur usmein thoda sa namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab chawal ko cooker mein mutton/chicken ke upar daal dein aur upar se thoda sa pudina aur dhaniya patta daal dein.
- Ab cooker mein 1 se 2 minute ke liye dum dein aur phir biryani taiyaar hai.
