Butter Naan Recipe
Butter Naan, jo ek popular Indian bread hai, wo hum sabhi ko bahut pasand hai. Iski soft aur fluffy texture, aur makkhan (butter) ke saath milne wala swad, kisi bhi meal ko aur bhi mazedaar banata hai. Aaiye, main aapko Butter Naan banane ki ek detailed recipe batata hoon.
Saman:- 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp chini (sugar)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
- Ghee ya makkhan (butter) - naan par lagane ke liye
- Sabse pehle, ek bade bartan mein maida lein aur usmein namak, chini, baking powder aur baking soda daalein. Inhe acche se mix karein.
- Ab is mixture mein dahi aur tel daalein. Dahi aur tel ko mixture ke upar dalein.
- Fir dhire-dhire doodh daal kar, ek soft atta banane ke liye use mix karein. Dhyan rakhein ki atta soft aur non-sticky ho.
- Ab ek clean surface par thoda sa maida chirke aur atte ko us par rakh dein. Us par haath laga kar, atte ko ekdam smooth aur elastic banayein. Iske liye 5-7 minutes tak atte ko knead karein.
- Ek katora lein aur use thoda ghee ya tel se grease karein. atte ko katore mein rakhein aur use dhak kar 2 ghante tak garm jagah par rakh dein. Isse atta double in size ho jayegi.
- atte ko dubara gently knead karein, taaki excess air nikal jaye aur atta smooth ho jaye.
- Ab atte ko 8-10 equal parts mein divide karein aur har ek part ko round shape mein roll karein.
- Ek roll ko lein aur use bailan (rolling pin) ki madad se oval shape mein roll karein. Dhyan rakhein ki naan evenly thick ho aur edges acche se defined ho.
- Tawa ko medium heat par garam karein. Garam tawa par naan rakhein aur use cook karne ke liye 1-2 minutes tak rakh dein, ya jab tak bubbles na aane lagein.
- Fir naan ko tawa se nikalein aur use direct gas flame par rakhein. Naan ko directly flame par rakhein aur use sekhte rahein, taaki woh acche se cook ho jaye aur golden brown ho jaye. Dhyan rakhein, naan ko aag se dur rakhein, jisse woh na jal jaye.
- Jab naan dono taraf se acche se cook ho jaye aur golden brown ho jaye, use tawa se nikalein aur ghee ya makkhan se lightly brush karein. Ghee ya makkhan naan ko aur swadisht banayega.
- Isi tarah se baki naan ko bhi cook karein aur butter brush karein. Naan ko tawa se nikalne ke baad, unhe ek plate mein rakhein aur garam garam serve karein.
