Fried Chicken recipe in Hindi
Fried chicken ek mashhoor non-veg dish hai, jo crispy aur swadist hoti hai. Ye dish asani se ban sakti hai. Toh chaliye shuru karte hain!
Samagri:- 500 gram murg (chicken), tukdon mein kaat kar saf kar lein
- 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 chammach lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- 1/2 chammach haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 chammach garam masala powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 1 bada anda (egg)
- 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
- Tel (oil) fry karne ke liye
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ek bartan mein maida, cornflour, lal mirch powder, haldi, garam masala powder aur namak daalein. Inhe acche se mix karein. Ye mixture hamari dry coating hai.
- Ek alag bartan mein anda ko doodh ke sath acche se phentein, taaki ek smooth batter taiyar ho jaye. Ye batter humari wet coating hai.
- Ab murg ke tukde ko pehle dry coating mein ache se coat karein. Tukdon ko coat karne ke baad, unhein wet coating mein duba kar fir se dry coating mein coat karein. Isse chicken ke tukde ka crust achha banta hai.
- Aap chahein toh double coating ke bina bhi chicken ko direct wet coating mein duba kar fry kar sakte hain.
- Ab ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Dhyan rakhein ki tel garam ho jaye, lekin zyada tez aanch par na ho.
- Tel garam hone par usmein murg ke tukde ek ek karke dal kar fry karein. Tukde ko medium aanch par dono taraf se golden brown hone tak fry karein.
- Jab chicken ke tukde crispy aur cooked ho jayein, unhein ek plate par tissue paper ya absorbent paper par nikal lein, taaki extra oil absorb ho jaye.
- Aapke crispy fried chicken taiyar hai. Aap ise apne pasandeeda dip, salad ya sauce ke saath serve kar sakte hain.
- Chicken ko coat karne ke liye aapke paas double coating ka samay na ho, toh aap ek hi coating mein maida, cornflour, lal mirch powder, haldi, garam masala powder aur namak ko acche se mix karke use kar sakte hain.
- Chicken ko fry karne se pehle, usse thoda sa rest hone dein, taaki coating acche se chipke aur chicken crispy ho jaye.
- Fried chicken ko serve karne ke liye aap usme thoda sa lemon juice sprinkle kar sakte hain, jisse uska swad aur bhi badhega.
