Chili Recipe in Hindi
Chili ek mash-hoor dish hai, jisme meat, beans, aur spices ka combination hota hai. Yahaan main aapke saath ek Chili recipe share kar raha hoon.
Saman:- 500 grams gosht (mutton ya beef), kaat kar
- 1 bada pyaaz, bareek kata hua
- 2 bade tamatar, bareek kata hua
- 1 bada shimla mirch (capsicum), bareek kata hua
- 1 bada hari mirch, bareek kata hua
- 4-5 lehsun ki kaliya, bareek kata hua
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Namak swaad anusar
- Tel ghee (ghee) pakane ke liye
- Hara dhaniya, kata hua (garnish ke liye)
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, tamatar, shimla mirch, hari mirch aur lehsun ko saute karein.
- Jab sabziyaan thodi soft ho jaayein, tab usmein gosht daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Gosht ko halka brown hone tak bhunein.
- Bhune hue gosht mein lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, jeera powder, garam masala aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ab kadhai mein pani daal kar dhakkan lagakar medium heat par rakh dein aur gosht ko pakne dein.
- Dhyan rakhein ki chili ka consistency aapki pasand ke anusaar ho. Agar aap thick chili chahte hain, toh pani kam daalein.
- Gosht pakne ke baad, chili ko gas se utaar lein aur serving bowl mein transfer karein.
- Chili ko garnish ke liye kata hua hara dhaniya se sajayein.
